How can you not read this blog if you are a fan of the show? Tom Colicchio is definitely my favorite part of Top Chef and his Season 5 blog offers great insights to what he was thinking and tasting during the challenges. Tom talks about the chefs in a manner that gives us his opinion without getting overly involved in the personalities like the other blogs tend to do.
